>> MORNING - Fashion Industry Leaders Interactive Panel  Presented by Fashion Group International of North Florida, Inc. 

Industry panel discussion and audience Q&A session featuring career advice from six fashion industry professionals.

Participating on panel will be:

• Whitney Thompson: Winner of "America's Next Top Model" competition (Cycle 10), Willamina model and Jacksonville native
• Stefanie Ellis: Retail Buyer and Merchandise Planner for Steinmart
• Melissa Intemann:  CEO of MIA Styling whose range of duties encompass styling for magazine and television shoots, personal shopping, and image consultation.
• Sandra Alford: Designer and CEO of Sandra Alford Inc., Luxury Goods & Jewelry and current FGI Regional Director
• Ashley Rebecca:  Georgio Armani make-up artist whose work has appeared in InStyle, Cosmopolitan, Esquire, and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week . Some of her celebrity clients include Rachael Ray, Tory Burch, Sarah Wynter, and Food Network's Adam Gertler.
• Abbie Britton: Former editorial director, creative director; fashion, beauty, fitness and women’s issues editor and writer who has held full time and freelance positions at all the relevant major national and international women’s magazines: W, Marie Claire, Elle, Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, and Self to name a few.
• Lee Dahlberg: Founder of jewelry line ROCK BANDS® that has been featured on Oprah, at NYC Fashion Week, American Idol, E!, Donny Deutsch and on the wrists of countless celebrities such as Kid Rock, Jeremy Piven, and Britney Spears.
• Jeff Olson: Professional photographer based in Jacksonville Beach whose clients include Harpers Bazaar, Vogue, W, Marie Claire, Neo 2, Grazia, Tatler, Anne Cole, Perry Ellis, C&C California, Laundry by Shelli Segal, Watercult, MTV, HBO, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, various celebrities, advertising agencies, and more.

Charlene Shirk, best known for her 10 years as the friendly face of the weekend newscasts on First Coast News, will moderate the panel.   After introductions, each panelist will speak for up to 15 minutes on what they do, how they broke into the industry and how others can follow their career path.  The audience will then have the opportunity to ask industry-related and career questions of the panelists.
